Garlic Orders & Sales
All prices noted are in Australian dollars. They are subject to change at any time without notice.
We accept orders for garlic during garlic season until sold out. Garlic is dispatched from January to April approximately, subject to stock availability, seasonal variations and annual crop size.
We dispatch orders once a week on Tuesdays. We do not dispatch orders on Victorian or Australian public holidays. If we receive your order by 6pm AEST on Friday, we will make every reasonable effort to dispatch your order by the next working Tuesday following the receipt of your order, subject to stock availability.
We generally use Australia Post to deliver your order. The regular Parcel Post service is cost-effective and reliable, delivering parcels in 2 or more business days. For more information on parcel post delivery times and tracking your item please visit Australia Post. Estimated delivery times for STANDARD Australia Post are as follows (In our experience, EXPRESS Post generally shortens the delivery time by 1 day, sometimes 2. Both STANDARD & EXPRESS Post have a tracking code & thus can be TRACKED online by you):
- Vic Central Highlands region: up to 2 working days from dispatch.
- Other rural Victorian regions: up to 3 working days from dispatch.
- Melbourne Metropolitan: up to 3 working days from dispatch.
- South Australia, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, S.E. Queensland, up to 4 working days.
- Mid & FNQ Queensland, Northern Territory, Outback: up to 5 or 6 working days (only Express Post recommended).
Once we send your parcel, you have the ability to track it by using the article ID on the barcode of your package. We email you this tracking code ID when we send the "Garlic has been posted" confirmation of dispatch email. To track your parcel follow the instructions below. Tracking your item is as simple as 1, 2, 3:
- Visit the Austpost online tracking tool
- Enter the item tracking number (or article ID) in the box and click 'Search'
- A tracking summary will appear, listing delivery route information that has been captured at various scan points through your item's journey.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery times are subject to change by the delivery service provider. We are not responsible for delivery later than estimated or for any failure of the delivery service. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you select Express Post for shipping to expedite your parcel delivery, as well as tracking your parcel (for Standard and Express Post), so your garlic can be delivered as promptly as possible. We do not replace or refund items if parcels go missing.
If your package has not been received in your estimated time, PLEASE FIRST a) Check Auspost online PARCEL TRACKING then b) CONTACT YOUR NEAREST AUSTRALIA POST OFFICE immediately to promptly attempt to follow up your package. Angelica Organic Farm can not influence parcel tracking after posting and we do not refund or replace items if they are lost in transit.
All garlic sales are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Our payment gateway service provider is Stripe. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the Stripe. We do not have access to your payment details.
If you are not satisfied with your garlic, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of your order and return the unused garlic to us in the original order packaging (i.e. unused and in the same, protective condition as you received it) within 5 working days (i.e. 1 week) of receipt of your order - Post to: PO Box 372 Daylesford Vic. 3460. Please include a written letter as to why you are not 100% happy with the product. We are proud of our products and service but mistakes can happen. We will exchange or refund the purchase price of garlic that we agree is faulty. Faults do not include natural seasonal variations, such as size, shape and strength. The Garlic we provide is of the highest quality available that season and only excellent quality product is sold to our valued customers. Natural characteristics will obviously differ from season to season based on weather conditions. It is a condition of purchase that you accept that the garlic you are purchasing is the highest quality available that season. Size, Shape or Strength of the garlic is not grounds for a refund. Further more, we will not be responsible for any damage to or deterioration of garlic during transit or for that which is not stored properly after delivery. Please read our storage guidelines. We do recommend that your order be taken in and properly stored immediately on delivery to you. You agree that Angelica Organic Farm cannot be responsible for the quality of items that are not properly stored following delivery.
We regret that for quarantine reasons we cannot send garlic to Tasmania or Western Australia or out of Australia.
