Garlic Orders & Sales
All prices noted are in Australian dollars. They are subject to change at any time without notice.
We accept orders for garlic throughout the year. Garlic is dispatched from December to May subject to stock availability. Pre-paid orders received before the first dispatch after harvest will receive priority.
We dispatch orders once a week on Tuesdays. We do not dispatch orders on Victorian or Australian public holidays. If we receive your order by 6pm AEST on Sunday, we will make every reasonable effort to dispatch your order on the next working Tuesday following the receipt of your order, subject to stock availability.
We generally use Australia Post to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times for Australia Post are as follows:
- Central Highlands region: up to 2 working days from dispatch.
- Other rural Victorian regions: up to 3 working days from dispatch.
- Melbourne Metropolitan: up to 3 working days from dispatch.
- South Australia, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, S.E. Queensland, up to 4 working days.
- Mid & FNQ Queensland, Northern Territory, Outback: up to 5 or 6 working days (Express Post recommended).
We regret that for quarantine reasons we cannot send garlic to Tasmania or Western Australia or out of Australia. If you require your garlic faster than Australia Post delivery allows, please advise us of this when you order. Please note that we may charge you additional delivery costs for faster delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery times are subject to change by the delivery service provider. We are not responsible for delivery later than estimated or for any failure of the delivery service.
To cancel your order before dispatch, please call or email us by 5pm AEST Monday. No order is cancelled unless you receive confirmation of cancellation from us.
We may at our discretion accept cancellation of your order after dispatch provided that you call or email us within 24 hours of dispatch and return the order to us in its unopened packaging within 5 working days of delivery.
All garlic sales are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Our payment service provider is Paypal. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the Paypal service.
If you are not satisfied with your garlic, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of your order and return the unused garlic to us with the order packaging within 5 working days of receipt of your order. We are proud of our products and service but mistakes can happen. We will exchange or refund the purchase price of garlic that we agree is faulty. We will not, however, be responsible for any damage to or deterioration of garlic that is not stored properly after delivery. Please read our storage guidelines.
